What does the role offer?As a Key Account Manager at Gildhouse, you have overall responsibility for your customers and businesses. You work long-term, structured, and business-oriented with a focus on growth, profitability, and strong collaborations. The role is both strategic and operational and requires you to be confident and flexible in your approach. You play a central role in building and developing customer relationships with both existing and new partners in both retail and grocery trade such as Åhléns, Lyko, KICKS, Gekås, ICA, and Coop.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and developing existing B2B customers and identifying new business opportunities
Driving the sales process from planning and customer meetings to follow-up and results
Negotiating contracts, assortments, and campaigns together with the customer
Working closely with internal functions such as assortment, purchasing, marketing, and logistics
Working on launches, following up sales, analyzing numbers, and translating insights into concrete activities within business and assortment development
Managing certain article administration in customers' systems
You will work weekdays during traditional office hours with the possibility of flexibility and will be based at the office in Varberg, with 5-10 overnight stays in other locations per year.
Who are you?To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in B2B sales and have previously worked in a similar role, for example as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent. You are used to working with professional customers, holding productive business dialogues, and building long-term relationships.
We believe you have:
Documented experience in B2B sales
Experience in customer responsibility, business plans, and follow-up
Good habits of working independently with sales goals and results
Ability to build trust and adapt your approach to different customers and situations
Have a B driver's license and access to a car
Good system skills and confidence in working data-driven
Proficiency in Swedish and good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
